When you contact us through the inquiry form on this website, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country and your message. We use this information for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to run your order.

Your details are delivered to our own business mailbox through a third-party form service (Formspree). We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our company except where we are legally required to.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@chnbra.com and we will action the request.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages, and Vercel Analytics for basic traffic statistics. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser; Vercel Analytics does not.

These tools tell us aggregate things — which pages are viewed, which countries visitors come from, which products get the most interest. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to any part of this site.

All bulk orders are inspected to AQL 2.5, with in-line checks during production and a final inspection before packing.

Third-party inspection and factory audits (SGS, BV, ITS or an inspector of your choice) are welcome at any stage, and we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production floor on request.

Minimum order quantity, sampling, lead time, packaging and payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing in the proforma invoice before production starts.

As a general guide: customisation starts from 200 pieces per style per colour, and ready-to-ship items are available from 1 piece. Delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Contact us with your styles and quantities for a detailed quotation.
